The V4 Purchasing and Materials department manages all aspects of tenders, stock management, movement of goods and customs processing. For purchasing, the e.biss electronic order system is available.

Mobile Work
Participation in mobile work is possible from 1. March 2022 for employees at DESY in Zeuthen and from 1. January 2023 for employees at DESY in Hamburg if operational concerns and individual suitability do not prevent this. Please read the relevant works agreement for Zeuthen or Hamburg and complete the WBT on mobile work, before applying.
To open the WBT you will be asked to log in. Please select "Instructions engl" and then "Superior instructions".
After reading the instructions you can submit the application in the GO-System
