We can help you plan and execute your mail campaigns – from the despatch of annual reports and minutes to brochures and general information.
Our high-performance envelope-filling machine can handle multi-page A4, A5 and even A6 forms, as well as postcards and gatefold cards in DL format. The post office can also take care of the sending of posters.
We can also help with elections. Working to your templates or specifications, we can print a wide range of mailings such as election letters, return envelopes and notices of despatch, and then put them all together into a mailing package together with the voting card and the address/voter permit.
We can collect returned envelopes for you and keep them at the post office until the deadline. We can also use our envelope-slitting machine to remove the contents of returned envelopes.
Subject to staff availability, we can also help with opening letters and the inspection of the election documentation.
For mailing campaigns, we can also print labels. All you need to do is provide us with the database in the form of a Word document or Excel file.
